Congratulations to Diana Lau who was promoted to Ohana Pacific Health’s Vice President of People Operations! Diana is responsible for overseeing the organization's talent and people strategies, culture, and workforce development efforts. Diana and her team support more than 1,350 OPH employees across the state!
Diana joined OPH as the Director of People Operations in 2019. During her tenure, she successfully led the integration of human resources functions during mergers and acquisitions, implemented effective retention strategies which resulted in reduced turnover rates, conducted organizational assessments and implemented changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness, and expanded partnerships and workforce collaboration to elevate healthcare careers, through internships and Bridge programs.
