Cynthia Winter’s experienced a heart attack at her home on Hawaiʻi Island, and she was transported by MedEvac Helicopter to Maui for surgery. After her surgery, she faced challenges with a bad infection and was sent to Hale Makua for recovery and rehabilitation.
